LST Awarded Best Workplaces 2021 Awards
LST was awarded as one of the Washington Post Top Workplaces 2021 in our two largest hubs, Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Washington, DC.
This honor was awarded to employers based solely on anonymous employee feedback. This award is especially significant because the survey was completed by our staff in 2020 in the midst of a challenging year. LST came together and grew stronger. We took that time to deepen our transparency and communication with employees, began building greater awareness of DE&I, instituted weekly all-hands meetings to keep everyone updated on the company’s health, and strengthen professional and personal relationships with each other. Additionally, we supported flexible COVID leave and nearly all remote work without laying off anyone due to COVID.
