LS Technologies promotes a healthy work-life balance, which includes rest, recreation, and personal enrichment. Our Annual Leave benefits provide employees with paid time off to fulfill personal priorities outside the office. Annual leave encompasses the traditional concept of vacation time and paid personal time off and sick leave, providing flexibility for how, when, and for what purpose time off is taken.
All full-time L.S. Technologies employees are eligible for holiday pay, equivalent to eight (8) hours of pay per holiday. L.S. Technologies currently offers the following paid holidays:

Eligible employees may take the lesser of (55 days) or 11 weeks of paid parental leave. Through a combination of short-term disability, D.C. paid leave, and LST pay.
Employees are eligible for 24 hours per calendar year for the death of a close family member.
Twenty-four hours of paid leave per year will be granted for jury duty.
Military leave is considered leave without pay. However, should you have any annual hours remaining, you may choose to apply them at this time. During military leave, your length of service continues to accumulate, and your benefits continue as required by applicable law.
L.S. Technologies supports employee retirement preparation by providing a 401(k) Plan. The LST employer match is currently up to 100% of employee contribution for the first 3% of annual salary and 50% of employee contribution between 3%-5% of the annual wage. Employees are immediately 100% vested in the company Safe Harbor match. The maximum contribution amounts are set by the annual limit allowed by the IRS. Participants can choose from a variety of investment options or use a suggested, managed, and monitored diversification plan.
An employee is eligible for enrollment after being employed by L.S. Technologies, LLC for ninety (90) days. The Principal administers our current 401(k) plan. A detailed explanation of the L.S. Technologies, LLC 401(k) plan in terms of participation, contributions, vesting, administration, and investments is available in the plan summary booklet provided by the Human Resources department.
The Dependent Care FSA lets you use pre-tax dollars toward qualified dependent care. The annual maximum amount you may contribute is $5,000 (or $2,500 if married and filing separately) per calendar year.
