Thank you so much to the employees who joined us for the Veteran’s Day Panel Discussion. This panel has been our most attended virtual program yet. Transitioning military persons have unique perspectives and needs, and our panelists shared their personal perspectives and experiences as leaders in LST and the military. Through our DE&I initiatives we aim to share the unique perspectives of our employees, both to make people aware and to make sure everyone feels seen and considered in our organization. President and Marine Corps veteran, Keith Wallace, moderated the panel of our esteemed panelists, including:
Steve Kennedy, Information Architecture Manager (ATM Services, Info Architecture)
Background: Six years in the Army in Air Traffic Control, followed by 25 years at the FAA in Washington ARTCC, now supporting the FAA as a contractor for 15 years.
Kim Christman, Technical Project Manager (AJI Training, Air Traffic Services)
Background: Currently serving as a US Air Force Reservist Lieutenant Colonel with 36 years of service, 32 of which have been in the Air National Guard.
Shawn Herron, Deputy Director, Information Architecture (ATM Services, Info Architecture)
Background: Nearing the end of his 28th year in the US Army Reserves, currently a Colonel commanding the Army Applications Group of the 75th Innovation Command.
Joy Chittum, Program/Business Analyst (AJI Training, Air Traffic Services)
Background: Retired in February 2022 as an E-9/Chief Master Sergeant serving in the Air National Guard.
