President Allison Poltorak Retires after 40 years

LS Technologies President Allison Poltorak has announced her upcoming retirement, effective July 1. In her broadcast to LST employees last week, Allison said, “After a 40-year career, including nine years as COO, CEO, and President at LST, I have made the decision to retire. It has been an enormous privilege and honor to lead LS Technologies. I am so grateful for the incredible people I’ve had the opportunity to work with, and very proud of the important work we do and the impact we have on aviation and air traffic control. But the timing is right for my retirement, both personally and professionally.  I have many exciting things that I want to do in retirement, and I can rest assured knowing that LST is performing successfully and that the future is even more secure now that we are a part of Tetra Tech.”

Jim Little will be promoted to President. He will assume this role on June 1; there will be a one-month transition with Allison. Jim, who joined LST in 2016 and is currently LST’s Chief Operating Officer, has been instrumental in driving our LST’s operational excellence and growth.

Mary Kay Snyder will be promoted from LST’s Vice President of Engineering Services to Chief Operating Officer. Mary Kay, who has been with LST since 2012 and currently leads our largest division, has consistently demonstrated her strategic vision and leadership skills. Both Jim and Mary Kay are also former FAA leaders.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Allison for her leadership and dedicated service and we wishing her a fulfilling retirement. We look forward to continued success and growth under Jim and Mary Kay’s leadership.
