Jim Little Appointed as President
Jim Little, previously COO of LS Technologies, has been appointed as the new President. With over 40 years of experience in program management, government consulting, program development and execution, and business operations, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his new role. He has held significant positions in private industry and the government, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Mary Kay Snyder Promoted to COO
In conjunction with Jim Little’s appointment, LS Technologies is also pleased to announce the promotion of Mary Kay Snyder to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mary Kay was previously the Vice President of Engineering Services, the largest division within the organization. She brings 35 years of experience in program management, federal acquisitions, engineering, and implementing technologies and services in the National Airspace System. She has held leadership positions in private industry and the FAA and has been with LST since 2012. Mary Kay holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Mary Kay’s deep understanding of LST’s operations and her leadership in the Engineering Services division have been instrumental in the company’s success. As COO, she will continue to drive operational excellence and innovation across the organization.
