LST Director, Brandi Quam was inducted into the Virginia Aerospace Business Association (VASBA) board, of which LST is a member. VASBA is a non-profit organization that represents all aspects of the aerospace industry; VASBA presents opportunities across companies (big and small), research labs, academic institutions, and private firms before federal, state, and local entities and policy-makers. Its parent organization, Aerospace States Association (ASA), extends across the U.S. As a member of the BoD, Brandi will be involved in decisions that affect the future direction and the day-to-day operations of VASBA (e.g., Aerospace Day, visitation with the Virginia legislature, scholarships, workforce development, and strategic planning for the organization).
