After seven years of dedicated service at LST, Katie Quesenbery has been promoted to Vice President of Contracts & Corporate Initiatives, a testament to her hard work and commitment. In this new role, Katie will be leading and overseeing LST’s contract administration, management, and pricing functions, as well as spearheading special projects to advance our enterprise objectives and support inter-organizational executive initiatives related to corporane planning, strategic growth, and budgeting.

She brings 15 years of progressive experience in contract and subcontract administration and business management. Before working at LST, Katie worked at Northrop Grumman in their Contracts department for seven years.
Katie’s academic achievements further underscore her qualifications for the role. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her graduate certificate in Procurement & Contracts Management from the University of Virginia and her Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification from NCMA.
