On November 8th, during our LST Live, we proudly launched the Veterans and Military Employee Resource Group (VMERG). This group embodies our commitment to supporting veterans, active military personnel, and military spouses in our workforce.
The VMERG is designed to foster a strong community where veterans, service members, military spouses, and allies can connect, share resources, and pursue personal and professional growth. Through this platform, we aim to create a space for mentorship, advocacy, and celebrating veterans’ unique skills and contributions to our organization.
We extend a special thanks to the entire LS Technologies leadership team for their unwavering support and to David Wallace, Talent Acquisition Lead, Rochelle Thompson, HR Manager, and Larry Nace, VP Stakeholder, for their invaluable guidance and collaboration in making this initiative a reality.
The Key Goals of the VMERG Include:
- Supporting transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and allies as they integrate and advance in their careers at LS Technologies.
- Providing mentorship to foster career development and personal growth.
- Recognizing and celebrating the achievements of veterans within our workforce.
- Continuously enhancing the resources and support available to this community.

We look forward to building a supportive, empowering space that honors the service and contributions of these exceptional individuals.
