Laura Adams is Vice President of Business Development, bringing over 20 years of experience across the airspace, defense, health, and homeland security industries. Her expertise lies in leading teams to deliver strategic planning, program management, systems engineering, and acquisition management support. As VP of Business Development, Laura leverages her extensive experience to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners. 

Before her current role, Laura was the Vice President of Air Traffic Management Services at LST, where she was pivotal in advancing aviation and airspace initiatives. For the past 15 years, she has been deeply involved in interagency Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) planning and implementation efforts. Her contributions include FAA portfolio analysis and capability development, Department of Defense (DoD) investment strategy, and NASA advanced vehicle research.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and has earned Enterprise Architecture, PMP, and ITIL v3 certifications.
