As CFO, Sergio Fernandes is responsible for all financial and accounting operations within the corporation. Sergio brings more than 20 years of progressive GovCon industry experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, program management, and strategic planning. Sergio’s expertise includes the implementation of initiatives to drive operational efficiency in FP&A, cash management, and accounts receivable.

Sergio earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree, a double major in marketing and logistics, from the University of Maryland, College Park. He maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
