Katie Quesenbery is the Vice President of Contracts & Corporate Initiatives. Katie oversees LST’s contracts administration, management, and pricing functions. In addition, Katie focuses on special projects to advance enterprise objectives and support inter-organizational executive initiatives related to corporate planning, strategic growth, and budgeting. She brings 15 years of progressive experience in contract and subcontract administration and business management. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. She has earned a graduate certificate in Procurement & Contracts Management from the University of Virginia and a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification from NCMA.
