Mary Kay Snyder is the Chief Operating Officer.  Mary Kay brings 35 years of experience in program management, federal acquisitions, engineering, and implementation of technologies and services in the National Airspace System. She has held leadership positions in private industry and the FAA. Mary Kay has been with LST since 2012 and led LST’s largest division, Engineering Services. She earned a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. She also maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
